The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor to lead daily store operations and energize a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will deliver exceptional customer experiences and help drive sales while maintaining store standards. Responsibilities include inventory control, staff development, merchandising, and community engagement, with flexible hours and a focus on safety and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Analytical skills to analyze sales data, manage budgets and make data-driven decisions.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and proficiency with basic computer applications.

Responsibilities
