Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager/Supervisor to lead daily store operations, coach a dynamic team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You will drive sales, manage inventories, and uphold visual standards while partnering with leadership to execute company initiatives and community engagement. Previous retail management experience is preferred, with a focus on results and customer care.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Customer-Centric: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
• Minimum Availability: Open availability including mornings, days, and nights.
• Minimum 5 days per week.
• 44 hours on average with peak periods.
• Weekend/holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• English fluency for supervision and communication.
