Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Tulsa is seeking a store manager to oversee all aspects of daily operations in alignment with company policies and provides an optimum shopping environment for its customers.

This management position supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager I, requiring leadership, merchandising expertise and a commitment to excellent customer service, with duties including supervision, training, security and reporting.

Qualifications

• Two years customer service experience, preferably in retail apparel management.
• Two years supervisory experience and merchandising skills.
• Insured vehicle for store-related travel.
• Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily sales goals and increase average sale per transaction and per square foot.
• Oversee merchandising, displays and space allocation; manage assigned area.
• Supervise employees and act as manager on duty in absence of managers.
• Ensure friendly customer service and respond to management requests.
• Maintain security of cash and store receipts; assist with deposits as needed.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports and manage inventory control.
• Enforce safety policies and provide training; handle after-hours emergencies.
