Job summary

Macy's is offering an 8-week Store Management Internship nationwide in major market stores. You will gain exposure to customer service, merchandising, business analysis, visual presentation, store operations, colleague development, human resources, and asset protection.

As a participant on the store leadership team, you will shadow managers, lead merchandising initiatives, analyze trends with partners, coach colleagues, and present a project to leadership.

Qualifications

• Current junior-year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and customer experience leadership to learn best practices.
• Shadow operations and visual merchandising managers to plan initiatives.
