Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods in Concord, NC is seeking a big box retail leader to oversee store loss prevention. You will implement LP programs, train associates and managers, conduct assessments and investigations, and ensure physical security of the building and assets.

You will analyze reports, address cash over/short, and coordinate with Distribution Center LP to drive compliance and coverage. Requires 3–5 years LP experience and flexible availability for nights/weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Loss Prevention or related retail experience.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• World-class customer service skill and interpersonal/communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store loss prevention functions and training across the team.
• Conduct Loss Prevention assessments/investigations.
• Ensure physical security of the building and assets; manage alarm/CCTV tasks.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly exception reports to identify opportunities.
• Partner with Distribution Center LP to resolve merchandise flow and firearms issues.
• Conduct LP assessments to ensure compliance with company processes and legal requirements.
• Support the Shrink Coach in self-assessments and process reviews.
