Job summary

Responsibilities include monitoring for theft, reporting incidents, and supporting Shrink Coach initiatives. A background in LP with 1–3 years experience is preferred, with expected active involvement in team training and MES execution.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of prior LP or educational experience in Loss Prevention preferred.
• Ability to walk store, stockrooms and office areas during shifts.
• Strong incident reporting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store traffic for potential theft while following dress code and company standards.
• Complete detailed incident reports in LPMS and coordinate with local authorities as needed.
• Promote an inclusive in-store environment where teammates and customers feel safe and respected.
• Support loss prevention programs and participate in training sessions with store teammates.
• Conduct MES sweeps, safety checks and deter shoplifting activity.
