Job summary

Yesway- is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor in Roswell, NM to assist the Store Manager with staff training, scheduling, and daily store operations. You will resolve customer concerns, ensure regulatory compliance, and support audits and merchandise stocking.

You will oversee guest transactions, monitor shrink and profits, and lead a team in a fast-paced convenience setting, contributing to exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.
• One year supervising experience in fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Oversee timely guest transactions and monitor profits via end of day procedures.
