A comprehensive 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. The role requires flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays, plus a Serve Safe certified food safety standard.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operations and drive guest satisfaction.
• Hire, supervise and coach associates to meet performance standards.
