Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a Panda Express store. You will hire and lead team members, drive guest satisfaction, and work toward financial goals while delivering exceptional service.

Roles include participating in a multi-week leadership training program and ongoing career development. The position requires flexibility to cover opening and closing shifts and willingness to relocate within 50 miles if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest expectations.
• Provide 3+ weeks of leadership training and ongoing development to prepare for advancement into management.
