Job summary

JC Licht is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations at Northwest Indiana locations. You will supervise staff, ensure top-notch customer service, manage inventory and merchandising, and drive store profitability. The role emphasizes training, compliance, and a strong team environment.

The position requires a two- or four-year college degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 2 years retail leadership and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A robust benefits package is offered.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Effective financial planning and management skills.
• Minimum of 2 years retail experience, preferably industry related. Background in inside sales a plus.

Responsibilities

• Active involvement in recruitment, selection, and hiring of store team members.
• Ensure employees deliver excellent customer service and maintain stock & merchandising standards.
• Monitor operations, profitability, and budgeting; control expenses.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly; assist customers in-store.
• Develop and administer accounts and support outside sales when necessary.
