The ideal candidate has retail management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds as needed; regular hours are 45–50 per week with a competitive hourly rate of $21–$24.

Qualificações

• Requires prior management experience in a retail or sales environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years retail experience, preferably industry related.
• Background in inside sales preferred.
• Requires a college degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Active involvement in recruitment, selection, and hiring of store team members.
• Ensure employees deliver excellent customer service to our customers.
• Maintain store staffing levels and supervise coaching of employees.
• Monitor inventory levels, control losses, and manage expenses.
• Open and close the store per policy and complete reports on time.
• Support development of new accounts and increase sales of current accounts.
