Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in staffing and recruitment activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and pricing according to established practices.
• Manage inventory, damages, markdowns, and receive stock; conduct inventories.
• Support ordering to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Follow company procedures and policies as outlined in manuals.
• Participate in store opening and closing activities.
• Ensure safe cash handling and deposit procedures.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked stores and safe customer/employee environment.
• Operate store in manager's absence and review operating statements for trends.
• Complete all paperwork and documentation on time.
