Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience (automotive experience a plus).
• Experience driving results in a profit and loss center.

• Willingness to adhere to regulatory and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store finances including sales, inventory controls and cash handling.
• Lead recruiting and retention to build a winning team.
• Create Teammate schedules to meet business needs.
• Maintain store facilities and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Uphold guest service standards and resolve guest concerns.
