107 Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking a Manager in Training in Port Jefferson Station, NY to lead training and supervision of store teammates. You will oversee computer-based and on-the-job training, enforce policies on attendance, safety and uniforms, and participate in safety and policy meetings to drive store success.

The role offers growth opportunities and a chance to develop strong leadership skills within a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Communicate effectively with guests and at all levels within the organization.
• Willing to comply with relevant regulatory and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, proper inventory/cash controls, store-level marketing, guest satisfaction and full Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools, sound interview techniques and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules, ensuring proper coverage and business needs are met.
• Set the example for exceptional guest service, including resolution of guest complaints.
• Ensure the building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
