Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience, automotive experience is a plus.
• Must have experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.

• Commitment to regulatory and compliance standards; perform other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store with sales, inventory, cash controls and P&L responsibility.
• Build a winning team using recruiting tools and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules and ensure proper coverage for business needs.
• Set the example for guest service and resolve guest issues; maintain facilities.
