84 Lumber is hiring for a Manager Trainee—an entry-level, full-time program designed to train you for leadership in store operations. You'll receive hands-on training across sales, inventory, blueprints, estimation, forklift certification, and business management, with promotion potential to General Manager within a few years.

No prior experience required; just dedication and a willingness to learn. The program emphasizes internal growth, with the possibility of relocation for management

Qualifications

No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.
Education requirement: high school diploma or GED.
Training covers sales, store operations, inventory, blueprints, estimation, forklift certification, and business management.

Responsibilities

Support store operations and customer service.
Assist with payroll, invoicing, inventory, and POS systems.
Read blueprints and create material lists for projects.
Maintain Microsoft Office proficiency and company systems.
