84 Lumber is seeking a Manager Trainee for a full-time, entry-level leadership development program. Trainees receive hands-on training across store operations with the goal of promotion to management within 6–12 months, depending on performance and openings.

No prior experience is required; bring dedication and a willingness to learn, and we will help you grow. Candidates may be asked to relocate for future management roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included).
• No experience required; dedication and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Payroll, Invoicing, Inventory and POS Systems.
• Microsoft Office Suite: basic Skills expected.
• Interpreting and analyzing common financial reports.
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists.
• Responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
