84 Lumber is seeking a Manager Trainee for a full-time, entry-level track designed to prepare you for a leadership role in store operations. Training spans sales, customer service, inventory, and administration, with potential promotional growth to management within a few years.

A strong work ethic and willingness to relocate for advancement are key. This role involves hands-on training across all areas of store operations, including blueprint reading, material estimation, and forklift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included).
• No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Payroll, invoicing, inventory and POS systems management.
• Microsoft Office Suite usage for reporting and admin tasks.
• Interpreting and analyzing financial reports for store operations.
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists for orders.
• Responding to customer inquiries and service requests.
