CVS Health stores offer a Store Management development program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position through self‑paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks. Virtual and hands-on experiences develop you as a leader with a team of mentors including your District Leader and Store Manager coach.

Anticipated weekly hours are 45 and the time‑type is full‑time. The role pays between $18.50 and $23.88 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision
