Job summary

CVS Health is recruiting for a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) in California. The program is designed to develop you toward a CVS Store Manager role with a structured 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training.

You will gain hands-on and virtual learning experiences, supported by a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach, positioning you for future leadership within CVS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is required or preferred, depending on experience.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is preferred.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• A four year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the store team with clear communication.
• Provide customer care to deliver high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to drive store sales.
• Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
