Job summary

Qualifications

• Reading diagrams, safety rules and procedures.
• Perform basic math including percentages.
• Know cash handling, deposits and cashier accountability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and price signage.
• Manage inventory processes, damages, markdowns and reporting.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide customer service leadership.
• Act according to company policies and SOPs.
• Participate in opening/closing and bank deposits.
• Ensure cash/physical security and asset protection.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and safe environment.
• Operate store in the manager's absence.
