Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a team of associates, and drive financial and guest-experience goals. You will participate in a multi-week store leadership training program to prepare for continued growth within the Panda family.

The role requires flexibility to relocate within a 50-mile radius, capability to work openings/closings, and a Serve Safe certified food safety standard.

Qualifications

High school diploma is required.
Must be flexible to move within 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Assist the operation of a single store.
Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
Support store leadership with training and development programs.
