Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily store operations, hire and supervise associates, and drive guest satisfaction. You will participate in a multi-week leadership training program to prepare you for advancement within the Panda family.

The role requires flexibility for shifts, potential relocation within 50 miles, and commitment to Safe Food handling standards. You’ll join a family-owned brand with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified for food safety.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods.

Mansioni

• Assist in operating a single store, including hiring and directing of associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and participate in a multi-week store leadership training program for readiness for management roles.
