This role requires flexibility in scheduling, including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a willingness to relocate within 50 miles of home. Serve Safe certification is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship as part of Panda's development programs.
• Ensure timely delivery of exceptional guest experiences and adherence to company standards.
