Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single Panda store. You will hire, manage and direct associates to hit financial targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

The role requires flexibility to open/close, weekends and holidays. A high school diploma and Serve Safe certification are required, with relocation within 50 miles as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
