We provide a 3+ week store leadership training program and ongoing mentorship to grow professionally within Panda. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: ServSafe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and support daily store outcomes.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to hit financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship as part of Panda’s leadership development program.
