84 Lumber is hiring immediately for a Manager Trainee in a store setting. This full-time, entry-level role provides hands-on training across all aspects of store operations with a pathway to management and potential pay increases within 6–12 months.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Availability: Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included).

Responsibilities

• Payroll, Invoicing, Inventory and POS Systems management.
• Microsoft Office Suite usage for reporting and documentation.
• Interpreting and analyzing financial reports to support store operations.
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists for estimates.
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
