84 Lumber Company is hiring a Manager Trainee for a full-time, entry-level path designed to lead to management. You will receive hands-on training in store operations, sales, and customer service, with potential promotion to General Manager within a few years.

No experience is required to begin your career at 84 Lumber. You will progress through a structured plan spanning sales, operations, scheduling, and administrative tasks, with opportunities for relocation as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included).

Responsibilities

• Payroll, Invoicing, Inventory and POS Systems.
• Microsoft Office Suite (previous experience preferred).
• Interpreting and analyzing common financial reports.
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists.
• Responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
