Job summary

Buckle in Temecula, CA is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team. You will perform a mix of sales, merchandising, and daily store operations while developing new Teammates and driving guest experiences.

As a key member of the team, you will participate in leadership duties, drive sales, and help train others. This on-site role offers opportunities for progression and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• AIT and Assistant Manager responsibilities include sales, merchandising and operational tasks as directed by store management.
• Leadership training and mentoring teammates.
• Ability to act as Store Manager in their absence.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Manager in recruiting and developing Teammates and manage daily store duties.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and policies to inform Guests and ensure smooth transactions.
• Lead by example in selling, presentation, and customer engagement to achieve store goals.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales and training programs.
