Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service
• Experience in leadership roles or supervising teams

Responsibilities

• Complete training consistent with the program
• Support strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service
• Build and maintain product knowledge to advise customers
• Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Complete store administration tasks
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and policies
• Maintain store condition and merchandising standards
• Support training, development, and performance management
• Respond to customer and employee complaints
• Partner with Store Manager to pursue outside sales to grow market share
