The role requires flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles of home.
• Availability for opening/closing shifts including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in 3+ weeks of store leadership training.
