Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the daily operation of a single store, lead associates, and drive guest satisfaction and store performance.

You’ll complete a 3+ week leadership training program, hire and direct staff, and work a flexible schedule including openings and closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to relocate within 50 miles of home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
