7-Eleven, Inc. seeks an energetic Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Windsor, NC. You will supervise and train staff, oversee customer-service operations, and assist in merchandising and promotional programs to drive sales and loyalty.

You will manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote our loyalty program while maintaining a clean, safe store that meets health standards. Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader
• Develop leaders and empower employees to improve retention and productivity
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment complying with health/sanitation procedures
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess computer literacy (Word/Excel)
• High school diploma or GED preferred, or 1 year retail management experience
• Hold a valid state driver’s license and maintain car insurance during employment
• Able to multi-task, bend, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsabilidades
