Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single store, including hiring, directing staff, and achieving financial goals while ensuring guests have exceptional experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success, with flexibility to work across stores within a 50-mile radius.

You will contribute to store operations, staff development, and guest satisfaction, backed by Panda’s culture of growth and mentorship in a family-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
