Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Associate Manager to lead a single store with a focus on guest experience, associate development, and store performance. You will oversee hiring, coaching and directing team members to meet financial goals while upholding safety, quality and service standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move within 50 miles of home.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Assist operation of a single Panda store.
Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
Lead and support opening/closing shifts and maintain safety/cleanliness.
Participate in leadership training program to prepare for advancement.
