Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and supervise associates to achieve goals.
• Participate in hiring, training, and directing staff to deliver guest experiences.
• Help drive financial performance and ensure exceptional guest service.
