7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Kernersville, NC. You will work with the Store Leader to supervise operations, coach staff, and deliver outstanding customer service.

This full-time role focuses on merchandising, cash handling, fuel transactions, loyalty programs, and ensuring a clean, safe shopping environment. Prior retail management experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching alongside Store Leader.
• Identify qualified applicants and develop leaders to improve retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Promote loyalty programs and handle cash and fuel transactions.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment adhering to health/sanitation procedures.
• Demonstrate strong written and oral communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1+ year retail management experience.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain automotive liability insurance.
• Able to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
