Job summary

7-Eleven in Williamston, North Carolina, is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will provide customer service leadership, train employees, and help implement merchandising and marketing programs to drive sales and satisfaction.

We offer full-time hours, competitive pay, and a focus on internal advancement. Successful candidates will have supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED preferred, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Focus on retaining staff by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by following health and sanitation procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficient with basic computer tools (Word, Excel).
• Driver’s license valid in state of residence and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
