Job summary

Panda Express in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a single store’s operations and team. You will hire, coach and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A multi-week store leadership training program is provided to set you up for success.

The role offers continuous development, on-going leadership training, and potential growth into management positions within a supportive Panda community.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Support store leadership and participate in training to prepare for advancement into management roles.
