Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive toward financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide a 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare you for success, with opportunities for growth into management positions and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
