Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single store and lead a team toward strong guest experiences. You will participate in a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success and future growth within the Panda family.

The role offers hands-on management exposure, bonus opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to advance into higher roles within a large national brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates.
• Contribute to achieving financial goals and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Complete store leadership training program (3+ weeks) to prepare for success.
