As an Assistant Manager you’ll oversee a single store, hire and guide associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Complete a 3+ weeks store leadership training program.
