A comprehensive leadership training program (3+ weeks) is provided to prepare you for success, with ongoing development and growth opportunities within Panda Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
