Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. The Assistant Manager will help operate a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive guest satisfaction. We provide a multi-week leadership training program to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in store leadership training program.
