You will participate in a three-week or longer Store Leadership Training program designed to prepare you for success, with support from the Panda community and ongoing development opportunities across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring and directing of associates.
• Aim to achieve financial goals and provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program.
