Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee the daily operation of a single store. You will hire, coach and direct associates to hit financial targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A multi-week leadership training program is provided to ensure your success. You will lead operations, supervise staff, and contribute to a friendly, high-performing team culture, with opportunities for growth into higher-level management roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store.
• Hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
• Ensure the store runs smoothly and meets company standards.
