Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, an industry leader in American Chinese dining, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda Express store. You will oversee hiring, supervision, and execution of daily operations to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in a multi-week leadership training program designed to prepare you for ongoing success within our Panda family of restaurants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3 or more weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
