Qualifikationen

• Bilingual preferred.
• Previous leadership experience managing a team of 15+ employees.

• Ability and willingness to relocate within Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, or surrounding states.

• Collaborate with Asset Protection and People & Culture to investigate incidents and assist with follow-up.
• Delegate daily tasks to supervisors and team members to fulfill operational requirements.
• Coordinate deposits and currency exchanges, and alert management to issues.
• Lead and inspire a dynamic team while fostering a supportive work environment.
• Uphold company policies, safety protocols, and standards to support operational excellence.
• Conduct regular performance assessments and provide coaching and guidance.
• Develop team member performance to support growth and advancement.
• Champion a culture of trust, accountability, and engagement through leading by example.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and disciplinary action when necessary.
• Facilitate onboarding and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
• Use reports to update sales floor layouts to maximize sales potential.
• Manage inventory levels across categories and support revenue generation.
• Oversee donations flow while adhering to standards and safety protocols.
• Support store operations, budgets, and objectives attainment.
• Maintain presentation and merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Analyze sales performance and implement improvement strategies.
• Support promotional activities, campaigns, and events to drive traffic and sales.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, cash management, and staff supervision.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and customer experience.
• Address customer and team concerns promptly and professionally.
• Foster a culture of outstanding service for customers, donors, shoppers, and partners.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed at all times.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
