Job summary

Trek Store Gainesville, in Gainesville, FL, is seeking a Store Manager to own day-to-day operations and set the standard for world-class customer experiences. You’ll lead a team, drive budgeted sales, and mentor staff while delivering outstanding hospitality and community impact.

You will balance leadership duties with hands-on coaching, merchandising, HR tasks, and financial oversight to build a top-performing store that strengthens the Trek brand locally.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years in the retail world.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, budgets and P&L.
• Excellent communication and team coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and hospitality from the floor and meet budgets.
• Lead training, bi-weekly leadership reviews, and coaching.
• Maintain merchandising and store operations, including inventory.
• Oversee HR processes: hiring, onboarding, scheduling, development.
