7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Louisville. The role emphasizes supervising staff, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting merchandising and promotional programs.

Responsibilities include training and coaching team members, maintaining store standards, and ensuring accurate cash handling and loyalty program promotion, while ensuring a safe and clean shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside Store Leader.
• Develop leaders, empower employees, and focus on retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store per health/sanitation procedures.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, or 1 year of Retail Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive retention by identifying and developing talent within the team.
• Support merchandising and marketing initiatives across the store.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and fuel transaction processes.
• Maintain overall store cleanliness, safety, and in-stock conditions.
• Communicate clearly with team and store leadership; use basic IT tools.
